About the Photizo Flexible LED Pad
The Photizo Flexible LED Pad delivers red and near-infrared light therapy across a 550 cm² treatment area. Unlike a handheld device, it wraps around the body and works hands-free. Place it over the treatment area, secure the strap, and let it run for 15 to 60 minutes. No holding. No guesswork.
It is ideal for people managing pain or recovery across larger areas of the body — the lower back, hips, knees, shoulders, and large muscle groups — where a handheld device is less practical.
Most Common Uses:
Chronic Back & Lumbar Pain
The pad's 550 cm² coverage treats the full lower back in a single session. Light penetrates deep into muscle and tissue, reducing inflammation and supporting the body's natural repair process. It is effective for Lower Back Pain by delivering consistent light across the lumbar region; Muscle Tension & Spasm by improving circulation and relaxing overworked muscle fibres; and Disc & Nerve-Related Discomfort by reducing the inflammation contributing to radiating pain.
Hip & Knee Recovery
The pad wraps directly over the joint for full-coverage treatment. How to Use

Prepare the Area
Ensure the skin is clean and dry. Remove clothing from the treatment area.

Position the Pad
Place the flexible pad directly over the treatment area, LED side facing the skin.

Secure the Strap
Use the elasticated velcro strap to hold the pad firmly in place.

Select Your Power Level
Choose P1–P4 based on the condition and your comfort. Start at P1 if new to the device.

Start the Session
The pad runs automatically for your chosen duration. Rest while it works.
Safety Notes
Do not look directly into the light. Not recommended during pregnancy. Consult your GP before use if you take photosensitising medication.
